Online Return Policy
We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase from Sunday Visits. If we have made a mistake, please inform us as soon as possible and we will make it right. We also understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and we will kindly accept most items for return and refund. Certain items, such as custom items, Special Order items, gift cards, and items marked "final sale" are not able to be returned.
To request a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please Include: 1) the Order Number, 2) the item number/description, and 3) the reason for the return.
If accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return items must be packed well, returned in new condition, unused, unassembled, with original tags and packaging, and received back to Sunday Visits within 14 days.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, if approved we will issue a refund less any shipping and restocking fees, if applicable. Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment, if possible.
Customer is responsible for round-trip shipping charges, regardless of whether outgoing shipping was initially free. Lighting items over $500 will incur a 30% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
