Shipping options are calculated based upon weight, size, destination, and speed. We may offer free shipping for some items.
Shipping Lead Times
We will carefully pack and ship items as quickly as we can. Occasionally it may take up to 3 business days for us to ship your items. For items that are out of stock or backordered, we try to note the expected restocking or delivery date in the product description. For items that are special order or direct ship - we will note the expected delivery time in the product description. Most shipments will generate a tracking number when shipped. Sunday Visits is not responsible for shipper delays outside of our control.
Large Item Deliveries
Certain large or heavy items require shipment via a 3rd party freight carrier. You will be contacted to schedule an appointment to receive your goods, and you will need to be present to sign for delivery. Unless otherwise noted, 3rd party deliveries will be curbside. Alternate delivery service may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us with with any questions.
It is important that all large items and 3rd party carrier deliveries are opened and inspected prior to signing for the item. Inform the driver of any damage and refuse delivery of any visibly damaged products. Any items returned (unless incorrect or defective) may incur a restocking fee and round-trip shipping fees, regardless of whether outgoing shipping was initially free. Please read our Returns Policy.
When you receive your items, open and inspect contents for damage. If the driver is present, inform the driver of any damage and refuse delivery of any visibly damaged products. If driver is not present, take photos of packaging and product damage and notify us immediately at email@example.com.
Sunday Visits will work with the shipper to correct or resolve any items lost during shipment. Once delivered, Sunday Visits is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen items.
